Mumbai is a multicultural city, diverse in religions and customs. There are temples, churches, mosques, and shrines where Hindus, Christians, Muslims, and Zoroastrians worship their gods and deities. You will also find a handful of synagogues and one Buddhist temple. Remember to remove shoes and wear modest clothing (long pants, no tank tops) when entering mosques and temples.<\/p>\n

Mumbadevi Temple

Haji Ali
\n<\/strong>Located on an islet in Worli, Haji Ali is a venerated tomb, or dargah, of a Muslim saint. The Haji Ali looks stunning amidst the blue sea water. You can walk out to the temple only during low-tide. A Mumbai landmark.<\/em><\/p>\n

Jama Masjid or Friday Mosque

Raudat Tajera
\n<\/strong>Located in the Bhendi Bazaar, which is between Mohemmad Ali Road and Khetwadi in South Mumbai. Raudat Tajera is the white marble mausoleum of Dr. Syedna Taher Saifuddin.<\/em><\/p>\n
