Nearly all hotels have health clubs and spas, and private fitness centers are widespread. All of these centers have English-speaking staff to cater to the large expatriate community in Hong Kong and provide a wide selection of classes from yoga and Pilates to weight-training and kickboxing. The stiff competition keeps gyms’ standards high and membership prices low, with monthly fees averaging HK$400-$700.<\/p>\n
